Now in its third year, Chocolate Rush Chocolate Festival aims to educate, indulge and challenge your palate - you will experience and learn all there is to know about chocolate and more.
Australia's finest pastry chocolatiers and pastry chefs wil be sharing their secrets, skills and knowledge, including international chocolatiers Christian Camprini from Niece, France (pralines, desserts) and Koji Fujita from Osaka, Japan (handmade chocolates, chocolate centrepieces).
Koji is an Executive Pastry Chef at an artisan patisserie in Osaka and started his career at Rihga Royal Hotel in Osaka. Koji has been competing nationally and internationally for several years and recently won the best chocolate showpiece at the World Pastry Team Championships in Nashville with his new style chocolate show piece. Koji is internationally renowned and highly regarded as an upcoming chocolate artist. In recent times Koji has focused on chocolate airbrush work and he is reputed as the best internationally. Koji has a unique ability for balancing, taste, texture and artistry in his patisserie products.
Christian currently runs his own world renowned chocolate business in the South of France. He was awarded the highest accolade a chocolatier can receive in 2004 the MOF - Meilleur Ouvrier de France (best chocolate craftsman in France). This is a once in a life time opportunity to see Christian demonstrating exclusively at Chocolate Rush.
