This market is run by the City of Kingston in conjunction with the Rotary Club of Chelsea. It started in 2004 and has a loyal following of regular shoppers who come along each month regardless of the weather.
There are between 50 and 60 stallholders with a wide range of farm fresh produce including organic fruit and vegetables, artisan cheeses and olive oils, specialty breads, free range chicken and eggs, farmed barramundi, lamb, beef and pork together with confectionery, baked goods and preserves.
WHEN: 8am -12.30pm, First Saturday of the month
WHERE: Sir William Fry Reserve, Nepean Hwy and Bay St , Highett
COST: Rotary collects a $2 donation from shoppers and these funds are used to support local community groups.
