Join Rudi Bauer (Quartz Reef), Steve Green (Carrick) and Chris Archer (Alana Estate) at Circa, The Prince for an in-depth look at some of New Zealand's finest Pinot Noir. After a flight of premium Marlborough aromatic white wines from Hunters, Seresin and Lawson's Dry Hills to start, this dinner will feature a multi-region flight of Pinot Noir and a sub-regional flight of Central Otago Pinot Noir.

John Hancock (Trinity Hill), Jeremy McKenzie (Villa Maria), and Mary-Jeanne Peabody (Craggy Range) will take on the Aussies at their own game – demonstrating just how good New Zealand Syrah (Shiraz) and Bordeaux blends can be. Includes a flight of Gimblett Gravels Syrah, and two flights of Cabernet and Merlot blends sourced from across the various sub regions of Hawkes Bay. Introductory flight will feature premium aromatic whites from 3 different New Zeland regions with comments from Claire Allan (Huia) and Martin Carrington (Waimea Estate).
