The Melbourne Food and Wine Festival is the largest celebration of its kind anywhere in the world.
From the 31st of March to 5th of April, Melbourne and Victoria will burst with hundreds of flavorsome food and wine events.
The 2017 program highlights include:
MasterClasses are an incredible opportunity to learn from the best heads and hands in the game. In 2017, you’ll learn from some of the most interesting chefs to have ever featured on the list - from those who prefer traditional techniques to those who chose the scientific, experimental route.
The House of Food and Wine
Tucked down a laneway in Melbourne’s CBD, the House of Food & Wine is just like a real home, with dining and lounge rooms - even a gallery. Organisers are hosting sit-down dinners, wine tastings and block parties, and our bar will be open from midday every day. Mae our home yours over the 10 days of the Festival.
Regional World's Longest Lunches
Escape the city for a long, luxurious lunch with friends among the vineyards, coastlines, plains, parks and riverbanks of Victoria. Over 20 long tables across the state will be laden with bounty from the land and sea, accompanied with celebrated local wines and craft brews. There really is no better way to experience regional Victoria than to taste it, and no better way to truly appreciate the loot of the land than to dine upon it. Pack your bags for an edible escape and make a weekend of it.
