The Enoteca Sileno Cooking School has been set up to bring tasty and authentic Italian food to every kitchen. The spacious Terrace Room is the ideal setting for both hands-on classes featuring the staples pasta and gnocchi and demonstration classes, full of tricks and techniques so your dishes turn out perfectly every time. Classes are instructed by dedicated and passionate Enoteca Vino Bar chefs and the calendar also features guest appearances by local and expert Italian home cooks and chefs.
