Outback Spirit is a range of food products made by Ian and Juleigh Robins, based in Altona, Victoria.
Ian and Juleigh are recognised as the pioneers of the Australian native food industry and have been at the forefront since its inception in 1986. Their vision is to bring Indigenous foods into the mainstream food market and the company is the industry leader supplying the Outback Spirit branded range of products to supermarkets nationally in Australia and into major international markets in the USA, the UK and South East Asia.
Juleigh has also written Wild Food, a beautifully produced book that invites you to explore the the world outside your culinary comfort zone and savour the unique and distinctive flavours from our native ingredients.
