The Valley Produce Company is one of Australia's leading gourmet companies, producing restaurant quality produce from regional ingredients, mainly from the Yarra Valley, Victoria. It was established by renown Melbourne chef Christopher Smith.
Select produce includes infuse olive oils, wine dressings, pates and cheese condiments, and their delicious fruit paste pyramids. Try the pear and hazelnut, quince, apricot and pistachio, and fig and almond.
Amber Walnuts, Truffle Infused Honey and Crackerthins are other popular products. The Valley Produce Company are currently supplying to David Jones and selected gourmet delicatessens, restaurants and food stores throughout Australia, and have expanded internationally.
