Oyster Little Bourke is located at the eastern end of Melbourne's CBD. It's a contemporary restaurant and bar inspired by the great eating houses of Europe.
As you'd imagine, Oyster Little Bourke features oysters from around the country, always freshly shucked before service. If you prefer other seafood, there are choices from the "live tank" as well as dry-aged prime cuts of beef, house-made pastas and award-winning risottos to choose from.
Oyster is also keen on a good glass of wine and endeavours to try every wine before it's listed, with perhaps the exception of Grange or Grand Cru red burgundies! The wine list is structured to suit a wide range of tastes and budgets.
