The cellars are filled with generations of the Lynch family's choices of rare and exceptional wines, which steadily come up to the shop when "ready" for sale.
Peter Lynch (current owner) chooses which vintages get laid down for future generations of family and customers. This is an historic wine and spirit shop - sure to delight wine lovers.
