Be the first to reserve places for the 'Pinot Week 2008 Winemakers Dinner' - Saturday, 11 October 2008.

Joined by friends and colleagues of Eldridge Estate and Paradigm Hill, showcasing some of the finest wines from all three vineyards matched to a six course degustation menu designed by Paringa's Head Chef, Chad Aldred.

The entire evening, starting with barrel tastings at Eldridge Estate and Paradigm Hill and followed by dinner at Paringa Estate is $150 per person all inclusive.

5pm and 6pm - Barrel Tastings - Eldridge Estate and Paradigm Hill
Exclusive barrel tastings and insights from the winemakers. Please note places are limited per each tasting. Please inform Paringa staff when making your booking as to which venue you will attend first.

7pm - Paringa Estate - Head Chef, Chad Aldred, presents a six course degustation matched to fine wines:
