Andriy and Taras Kogut are the Blue Bay cheesemakers in Mornington on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. They have a second outlet/deli in Young St, Frankston
Their range of cheeses include fresh cow and soft goat's cheeses through to fully matured Stilton-like and Goats' Blue cheese. Available from the factory outlet, deli or at select retail stockists.
Certified Kosher also.
