The Red Hill Baker at Flinders is the second store for Ray and Jill Johns on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula.
Here are used traditional baking methods for all breads including sourdoughs, turkish, ciabatta and their unique wine bread. The bread is baked on a stone oven floor. All pastries are trans fat free and the gourmet pie fillings are slowly braised and then oven roasted.The tempting range of handmade cakes are produced on premise.
