Terlada Bakehouse in Cranbourne on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria is a family-owned adn operated business. The proprietors take great pride in baking top quality products using natural and pure ingredients.
The main products are handmade gourmet biscuits. The range includes old fashioned shortbreads and you cannot stop nibbling on them! They are "buttery, wicked, crisp and moreish". A choice of sweet and savoury include butter, speculaas, almond chip and chocolate.
Our favourites are the Cheese and Sun Dried Tomato made with Australian Gouda and the Lemon Lime Shortbread. A$1 from the sale of each packet goes to supporting the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
The products can be purchased at their shop, online, in gourmet food outlets around Australia and at markets at Balnarring, Mornington, Nunawading, Red Hill and Yarra Glen.
