In spacious & comfortable surrounds, Salix restaurant is open every day year round, for lunch, and Friday and Saturday evenings for dinner.
The menu is ala carte; the focus is on local produce, with a refined touch, such as Western Port whiting, Red Hill quinces, hand picked berries, Artisan cheeses, Peninsula beef & Flinders mussels.
The wine list offers all the vineyard can produce; both the W.C.V. & Tulum range are on by the glass or bottle. The wine list is also supplemented with an extensive Grand Cru Burgundy list, & other little treats such as Muscat, Sauternes, Shiraz & sherries.
