What does Phaedrus mean?
Plato first used the name Phaedrus as a provocative character who takes Socrates to see the joys of the countryside.
The author Robert Pirsig used the character Phaedrus in his philosophical novel Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. Phaedrus sought to bring together the Arts and Sciences by defining and appreciating Quality.
Ewan and Maitena chose the name Phaedrus because they believe that quality wines are made using a combination of art and science.
