Topez in Tyabb on the Mornington Peninsula, offers visitors and locals the opportunity to experience multi award winning home distilled liqueurs, Vodka and Schnapps made from natural products. Select from over 50 flavours including toffee apple, choc hazelnut, coconut crème blueberry schnapps to name but a few.

There are two ranges of liqueurs:

The 'Castle' range produced via a single stage fermentation process with no additives, preservatives or artificial flavours.

The 'TM' range produced via a two stage pot still process combining distilled alcohol with fermented produce. As with the Caste range, no additives or preservatives are present.
Each TM liqueur comes in its own unique hand crafted bottle, a talking piece in itself.

Fully licensed, Topez boasts an outdoor deck and grass area as well as indoor seating where you can enjoy a glass of your favourite liqueur, boutique beer, local wine or organic coffee and home made cake or delicious home made Belgian waffles.

To further your indulgent experience Topez produce a range of scrumptious liqueur chocolates and liqueur fudge. Summer sees the introduction of Topez liqueur ice cream.

Experience 25 home made ice creams, gelatos and sorbets. For those who are adventurous, Topez offers Chilli ice cream and chilli chocolates.

Tyabb was once one of Victoria's premier apple growing regions, thus it only seems natural to have an apple liqueur, apple schnapps and soon to be released apple ice cream.

Topez can tailor a liqueur hamper and chocolate package for you or for that special occasion. The 50ml liqueur bottles make perfect Bonbonniere on your wedding day. Labels can be personalised to add that special touch.

At Topez there is something to satisfy even the most discerning visitors. Your senses will be left satisfied and the experience will leave you wanting to return again and again.

The old church building and cafe is available for hire. Small tour groups are welcome by pre arranged appointment only.
