Villa Gusto, the famous Italian.
Three years in the planning and design, Villa Gusto delivers the sweet life - la dolce vita. Built of marble from Tivoli, wrought iron from Piedmonte, limewash from Sienna and artworks from Milano. At the foot of Mt Buffalo with the finest vista in Australia, Villa Gusto is furnished with 17th century Italian antiques and Italian leather sofas.
The focus of the Villa is the 'chef hat' restaurant, where guests enjoy stunning mountain views and an Italian degustation menu, using local produce and Italian wines. The Villa boasts a Vini Cantini (wine room), and dining for 30 guests and over stays for 14 people.
The Villa leads the way in organic, home grown produce, with an extensive garden of fruit trees, vegetables, herbs and chestnuts, as well as a hen-house supplying 60 eggs a week to make our pasta and dolce!

Grande and Deluxe suites, marble bathrooms, 900gsm towels, digital TVs, sound systems and fine linen. Each suite takes an Italian accent colour:
- Cioccolato(chocolate)
- Bianco(white)
- Limone(lemon)
- Rosso(red)
- Cabinas are Mellanzane (Eggplant)
From your suite enter onto your private terrace for picturesque views across Mt Buffalo and two acres of Tuscan gardens. Take a stroll with a glass of wine past the ornate pond, citrus trees and pencil pines down to Devils Creek.
Accommodation is available Tuesday to Sunday. Rates include a fully cooked gourmet breakfast. Our five course Italian degustation menu is available in the Chef Hat restaurant, Thursday to Sunday nights - bookings are essential. Diet needs catered for in advance.
