Chef Guy Grossi will return to the Mt Buller Summer School for the signature event of the season and will be conducting an unprecedented, hands-on tutorial for 32 very lucky participants.
Grossi has constructed a tantalizing menu for the cooking class, which will culminate in a group lunch, hosted by Guy himself. This rare opportunity to learn in such close proximity with one of Australia's most outstanding chefs is sure to be immensly popular.
Tickets are $285 per person for the class and the lunch which includes tuition, food, beverages and a goodie bag. Friends and family can join the lunch for $85 per adult or $60 per child.
