Simone's Restaurant is located in Bright at the foot of the alpine resorts in the heart of the north east of Victoria. This Italian family restaurant is now one of Victoria's most celebrated serving up inspired seasonal fare that reflects the heritage of chef Patrizia Simone and celebrates the bounty of the region.
After 20 years in Bright, Patrizia is joined in the kitchen by her son Anthony who adds much from his experience at leading Italian and Melbourne restaurants. Husband George is the host and heads a professional team who share a vast knowledge of local produce and wines.
