King River Estate nestles in Edi, in a picturesque little corner of the King Valley (North East Victoria) with forest at the back door and stands of mature gums opposite.Rustic corrugated-iron winery buildings bring to mind the old tobacco kilns that once dotted the region.The property is managed along bio-dynamic lines with very traditional wine-making.It's an understated place,but the range of wine speaks eloquently via excellent whites and reds, especially the Estates flagship, elegantly styled Merlot. Accommodation on site.
