Green Patch offers four spacious villas all containing two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with full size stove and fridge. The light filled living areas comfortably cater for five/six with a dining table and roomy lounge area. The BBQ garden with complimentary BBQ is available for use should you wish to entertain visiting friends or family. A private courtyard ensures you have a private space for a quiet glass of local wine.
Villa Four or the 'Townhouse' as we call it, offers 16 sq metres of space and the North facing garden with vine covered loggia Perfect with the sun trap in winter, while offering dense shade in the balmy summer months.
All apartments are furnished in a modern style and feature reverse cycle air conditioning and high definition digital TV's.
A perfect base for exploring the Murray's out back regions of Victoria and NSW. You hosts are long time locals, born and bred on the land, who offer a wealth of local knowledge should you wish to explore some authentic adventures or local foods.
