The popular Jamieson Wine and Cheese event is on again on the evening of 15th October starting at 8pm in the great atmosphere of the historic Jamieson Hall.
Celebrating the 30th Anniversary of this outstanding event attendee will help raise funds for Jamieson Primary School. There is a huge selection of quality Australian and International wines to taste with local and Regional winemakers in attendance keen to share and discuss their wines. Exceptional cheeses from the Australian Specialty Cheese manufacturers will sit side by side with some of the finest cheeses from Europe. Event is sponsored by the chief judge of Australian Specialist Cheesemakers Association, Ian Roberton of Meribel.
The MAIN EVENT is the AUCTION. Local identity Phil Masters will again be auctioning fine wines and curiosities; there will be door prizes, raffles and lots lots more.
WHEN: 8pm, Saturday October 15th, 2011
WHERE: Jamieson Memorial Hall
COST: $30 per person. Anniversary etched wine glasses will also be available for $5 at the door.
