Winemaker's dinner marries regional food (prepared by a local chef) with diverse wines of the region. Pre dinner might start with sparkling and dry white, entrée and main might move through varietals like Chardonnay, Verdelho, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and to finish with desert, the finest fortified wines the region has to offer. Entertainment and short briefings from the winemakers is on offer as is a courtesy bus from your accommodation.
