Chef Guy Grossi returns to the Mt Buller Summer School in 2012 for the signature event of the season and will be conducting an unprecedented 'hands-on' tutorial for 32 very lucky participants. Grossi has constructed a tantalising menu for the cooking class, which will culminate in a group lunch, hosted by Guy himself!
