Chef Guy Grossi returns to the Mt Buller Summer School in 2012 for the signature event of the season and will be conducting an unprecedented 'hands-on' tutorial for 32 very lucky participants. Grossi has constructed a tantalising menu for the cooking class, which will culminate in a group lunch, hosted by Guy himself! This rare opportunity to learn in such close proximity with one of Australia's most outstanding chefs is sure to be immensely popular. Tickets are $285 per person for the class and lunch and include tuition, all food and beverages and a goodie bag. Friends and family can join Guy and the participants for lunch, tickets are $85 per adult and $60 per child, all food and beverages included.
