Yea is a picturesque rural community set amidst rolling hills, just one and a half hour's drive from Melbourne and centrally located to the rest of Victoria - an easy day trip or stay for the weekend and enjoy everything that Yea has to offer. Good food, great coffee and the fabulous Yea Autumn Festival.
You can expect a pleasant fun filled day for the whole family under the beautiful shady trees of Yea's High Street. Experience the atmosphere of the Yea Autumn Festival and get to know the friendly local people. There will be quality craft, produce and food stalls. Sample local wines and produce and take your favourites home.
There will be free entertainment with live music and Melbourne identities 'MC'ing' on the main stage all day. The historic Yea Shire Hall will be filled with exquisite crafts while scaled working models of liners, frigates and battleships will sail around the swimming pool all day.
Other fun filled activities include helicopter rides, skate demonstrations, vintage cars display, pet show, carnival rides, face painting, pony rides and much more!
