Brown Brothers winery is located in Milawa, north-eastern Victoria, close to Wangaratta, and is one of the icons of winemaking and wine tourism in Australia. Brown Brothers own vineyards in Milawa, Whitlands, Banksdale (all in the King Valley), Mystic Park and Heathcote (Victoria).
Brown Brothers believe that wines are as different as the people who drink them, which is why they have developed a comprehensive range of wine styles and blends. With vineyards located in a diverse range of climatic regions and a 'kindergarten' winery specifically designed for innovation, you can be sure there's an exceptional Brown Brothers wine to suit every palate.
With many different varieties planted Brown Brothers produce many individual wines of high quality, but in quantities too small to make available for general release. These have become a special feature of Cellar Door, and are released under the Cellar Door label. Visitors to Milawa can try these wines, which are available nowhere else.
Cellar Door is the ideal place for a leisurely tasting where the informative and friendly staff can guide you through the entire Brown Brothers range.
The Epicurean Centre is a restaurant where you can enjoy sumptuous dishes created to complement the flavours and complexities of Brown Brothers wines.
By prior arrangement, Brown Brothers can cater for large groups and offers hosted tastings, tours or a structured group tasting and tuition.
