Goodwood Bed and Breakfast Cottage (4 Stars is a private cottage for 2 adults plus an extra adult, or 1-2 children/babies. The Bed and Breakfast Wing is a private suite of rooms, with its own entrance, in the main residence of Goodwood (circa 1894). It sleeps 2 in the queen-size bedroom plus 2 extra adults/children/babies in the sitting room.

Located in Montrose, in the Dandenong Ranges/Yarra Valley region (Victoria), and only 50 minutes from Melbourne CBD, the Cottage and Wing are ideally suited to visitors wanting to enjoy all that the Yarra Valley, a premium wine area, and the Dandenong Ranges have to offer.

Both the Cottage and the Wing are self-contained with simple cooking facilities and a 2-person spa. All linen and towels included of course. The cottage has a cosy wood-fire and air-conditioning for extra enjoyment. Add on TV, DVD, CD Player, WiFi, (I-Pod docking station in cottage), movies, magazines and books. Both have their own verandas, BBQ facilities and off-street parking. Laundry facilities in the cottage, access to laundry facilities available for the Wing - both have an iron and ironing board.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Enjoy the generous breakfast provisions - for cooked breakfasts in the Cottage and continental style in the Wing. A late check-out of 11.30am in the cottage, 11am for the Wing. In summer, feel free to access the solar-heated pool on the property.

Goodwood Bed and Breakfast Cottage and Wing is ideal for a short break or a long holiday.Visit the wineries of the Yarra Valley; ride on Puffing Billy; see the native animals at Healesville Wildlife Sanctuary; marvel at the sculptures at William Ricketts Sanctuary (free entry); walk in the Dandenong Ranges National Parks and gardens (National Rhododendron Gardens are free entry too); enjoy many other gardens, art galleries, markets and boutique shops. Dine out in some of the finest restaurants and cafes in the region.

A trip into Melbourne CBD takes less than an hour - take the train if you don't wish to drive. Tours of the area are easily arranged - a hot-air balloon ride over the Yarra Valley is a real delight.

Tariffs are reasonable - they offer discounts for longer stays. Combine the Cottage and Wing for larger groups and enjoy a very good discount. All enquiries are welcome - as is an inspection of the cottage (by appointment only).
