Melba Meets Mandala: Saturday 12th September; three-course dinner with mezzo-soprano Beth Williams and pianist Simon Walkenhorst
Join us for a romantic recital by mezzo soprano Beth Williams and pianist Simon Walkenhorst, on Saturday 12 September – a feature of the Yarra Valley's Melba Festival. We'll be celebrating all that is great about our home in the Valley – fine local produce, premium cool-climate wines accompanied by relaxing, classical music.
Our clever chefs Manuel and Mel have created a special Melba Festival, featuring celeriac velouté with seared scallops, confit duck leg with pinot noir pearl barley and dark chocolate marquise – the perfect accompaniments to our wines.
Tickets are $93.50 and will include canapés in the cellar door and lounge, followed by a three-course dinner and glass of Mandala winehe glass-room restaurant. Pre-concert drinks and canapes will be served at 5.30pm in our lounge.
To book: phone the Melba Festival 1300 765 584
