The Upper Goulburn Winegrowers Association invites you to their annual Expo. Come and meet the faces behind the Upper Goulburn Wine Region talk to the vignerons, taste their wine, place your order or take-home fantastic Expo specials, sample local food products trout, cheese, olives, bread, jams and preserves.
Participate in the free tutored wine tasting sessions, enjoy cooking demonstrations, or book your table at the Upper Goulburn Shortest Lunch or just come and browse.
TUTORED WINE TASTING CLASS
Radio personality, Rob Hicks from Grape Expectations will guide you through the art of appreciating wine. This is one way of sampling those unusual varieties! Register at the Expo (limited numbers).
TROUT GLORIOUS TROUT COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS
Trout is the signature food from this region, it is easy to cook, tasty to eat and is literally a swimming capsule of health! Buxton Trout guru Mitch will enlighten you on how best to catch a trout and chefs from the region will tempt you with their recipes of the day.
SHORTEST LUNCH AT THE BLACK SPUR INN
