Neil Cunningham joined the Mandala team as head chef in late 2010. He is well known in the region for his time at the Healesville Hotel where he was awarded a Chef's Hat in two consecutive years. Neil brings a 'nose-to-tail' cooking philosophy to Mandala's ever evolving menu, which focuses on locally sourced, seasonal produce.
