The Yarra Valley, Victoria, has been the Australian home of cider since the 1900's and Punt Road Wines have been crafting Apple and Pear ciders since 2008 at their winery in Coldstream.
Using only premium estate grown apples and pears and produced in regular small batches, their unique ciders represent the quality of the fruit and the winemaking background of the Napoleone and Co. cidermakers.
The Napoleone and Co. range is made differently to traditional cider as they are fermented like wine, not brewed like beer…hence they call them 'Cider by Winemakers'. This method contributes to their clean, fresh, dry style.
