Located in Mundaring, Western Australia, only 30 minutes from Perth, the Loose Box Restaurant is dedicated to the pleasures of fine French cuisine and fine wine.
The Loose Box Restaurant offers a degustation style menu catering to the adventurous "foodie" who is eager to allow Chef, Alain Fabregues, to cook the best market produce of the day. Changing constantly the menu showcases a variety of specialty dishes featuring fruit, vegetables and herbs grown on the property. The cost of the degustation menu is $150.00 per person (all food excluding beverages)
Each dining area, beautifully reconstructed from the shell of an authentic Federation home, has a cosy intimacy and warmth imparted by the skillful hand of Elizabeth Fabregues in her role of interior decorator. There is a log fire in winter and air-conditioning for summer ensuring guests are always comfortable.
The Loose Box is a fully licensed restaurant. A range of beverages are available and are billed separately on consumption.
