Carosa Vineyard,located Perth Hills region, Greater Perth, Western Australia, became a reality with the first planting of vines in 1984. The name Carosa was derived from the names of their three daughters Catherine, Rosemarie and Sarah and the latest range is named after Carole and Jim's six beautiful grandchildren.
They have been marketing a successful range of red and white wines and Champagne since 1989 and in 1994 Carole put her cooking expertise to good use serving a variety of lunches. In 2000 they built a new Café area overlooking the vineyard which has made the lunches at Carosa an even more enjoyable experience.
