Bernie and Trish Worthington recently achieved a long-time ambition of owning their own winery, set in the foothills of the Darling escarpment 6 km s/e of Waroona, in the Peel wine region of Greater Perth, Western Australia.
The Worthington's have approx 15 ha of vines growing. Due to recent works on the Waroona Dam wall, they have been delayed in setting up their own cellar door so a temporary licence has been granted for them to operate out of Lake Navarino Forest Resort.
