Here's what they say:

Truffle Kerfuffle is all about an amazing product in a beautiful setting. I haven’t seen a lot of that side of Australia, so it’ll be nice to experience something different. Your whole food experience makes more sense when you can identify with where it’s from; it gives the food more value. I’ll be cooking hearty, tasty food cooked over an open fire. With truffles, simple is best. Truffle is a distinctive and delicious flavour on it’s own.”
Duncan Welgemoed, Africola

“This will be my fourth Truffle Kerfuffle. It is always an exciting adventure working with local producers. My food will focus on locally sourced seasonal dishes with fresh truffle, tied in with some great local wines. Eating locally is a matter of common sense. We have some incredible produce, producers, restaurants and chefs, in Western Australia and the only way to sustain these exciting times, is to support and keep on enjoying what we've got.”
Kiren Mainwaring, Co-op Dining

“Truffle Kerfuffle has a knack of attracting amazing chefs from around Australia. It’s laidback, a chance for them to cook with a prized ingredient in the heart of truffle country; it’s all very special. If you love truffles, then Truffle Kerfuffle is the place to be. This year we’ve worked hard to develop the elements of the festival that people love most whilst ensuring that there are memorable experiences at a variety of price points. The program shines a
spotlight on the many wonderful aspects of the Southern Forests region; it’s people, beautiful forests and rich farming heritage. The chance to pair our chefs up to create amazing menus that celebrate truffles is just one part of a festival wide commitment to showcase Genuinely Southern Forests produce.”
Max Brearley, Festival Director

“With a continuing relationship with our presenting partner, Genuinely Southern Forests, we’re excited for the future of Truffle Kerfuffle. We’re a small but much loved festival and feel lucky to have grown largely through word of mouth. It’s the local community that drives the festival; the truffle growers, the community, farmers and producers, local businesses and our partners. We have an outstanding program of events planned for both day
trippers and weekenders. Sunday is our community day with free entry for kids and concessions.”
Jeremy Beissel, Festival President
