Merum was established and managed by viticulturist Mike Melsom and his late wife Maria Melsom, and was continued by Mike and his partner Julie Roberts. The 10-ha vineyard was planted in 1996 to semillon, shiraz and chardonnay.
Despite the quallity of the wines, Merum is sadly no longer in production.
