A feature of the complex is the '1885 Restaurant', one of Margaret River's oldest buildings. The building was once the home of pioneer timber tycoon Maurice Davies. The restaurant is fully licensed and is open daily for breakfast and dinner.
Other facilities include a half tennis court, large paved outdoor area with full barbecue facilities, outdoor swimming pool and guest laundry. All this and just a four minute walk to the main-street.
