The Terrace Villas offer luxurious colonial style bed and breakfast accommodation in the beachside suburb of Middleton Beach in Albany.
We offer queen and twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with cooked or continental breakfast. Relax on the veranda and enjoy the view to Mount Clarence or feel cosy in front of the gas log fire on those winter evenings.
The fully self-contained colonial style villas and deluxe spa villas, one, two, three or four bedrooms, have fully equipped kitchens, automatic washing machines, gas heating and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Each has an outdoor veranda or patio with barbecue facilities and off road parking. Optional continental breakfast baskets are available. Complimentary bottle of wine is also provided for a three or more night stay.
We are just three minutes walk from beautiful Middleton Beach, cafes, restaurant, golf and lawn bowls. Walk on the famous boardwalk around the edge of the harbour and enjoy the spectacular views. Cycle or walk to Emu Point on the dual pathway or just relax on the beach. We are only three minutes drive to the city.
The Terrace Villas is a four and a half hour drive south of Perth.
