The Goundrey Tradition began in 1975 and since then, the winery has become a leader among the new wave of quality West Australian wine producers. Located 11 kilometres west of Mount Barker in the picturesque Great Southern Region of Western Australia, the winery is situated in a cool climate area renowed for producing world class wines. Mount Barker is approximately 30 minutes drive from Albany and approximately 50 minutes to Kojonup.
Open daily 1000 to 1630 the cellar sales showroom offers tasting of the full range of award winning wines, a delightful range of quality giftware and an impressive viewing window that overlooks an extensive barrel room. Free winery tours are available for visitors at 1130 and 1500 daily.
