Sioban Baldini has many years of experience working front of house in restaurants and hotels, holds a degree in Hotel Management and has trained one of Australia's most recognised chefs, Neil Perry. She has learnt the art of superb Thai food under Martin Boetz of Longrain in Sydney, and spent years in Tuscany refining her knowledge of Italian and Thai food.
Groups can vary in numbers from eight to10 people and you can choose to book a cooking school weekend with friends or make a booking to join a scheduled cooking school weekend.
Residential Classes include two nights accommodation, breakfast daily, cooking school from 10.30am to 4.00pm. Class includes four hours instruction, recipe book and apron to take home.
