The Yahava Koffee Academy Southwest is well located in Vasse, Margaret River and equipped to provide a professional but relaxed environment. There you will be able to learn the essential skills of coffee making, latte art and machine cleaning and maintenance. Advanced and customized courses can also cover coffee growing, harvesting and roasting.
For corporate customers and team building events, trips to the Yahava KoffeeWorks roasting plant in Margaret River for a full coffee experience can be organized.
KoffeeWorks also have two retails stores in Margaret River and the Swan Valley. At the Yahava KoffeeWorks retail outlets extensive offerings of Arabica coffees are available, with new varietals arriving every month from all corners of the world.Most of these coffee beans been discovered when "The Koffee Baron" Alex Kof has packed up his motorbike and toured the most remote areas of the world's greatest coffee growing countries.
Yahava KoffeeWorks have selected what they believe to be the finest beans available to provide a selective range of flavours and aromas. Yahava Koffees are roasted to order which allows them to supply the most fresh of coffee, and they also roast in small batches so we can give each batch the individual care and attention it needs to evolve its unique flavour characteristics fully. Roasting their own beans also affords them the opportunity to select the perfect roast for each variety of bean or blend.
