Gibraltar Rock Wine is a family owned company with the vineyard being situated immediately below Gibraltar Rock, a very dominant feature of the Porongurup Range, in the Great Southern wine region of South West Western Australia.
The Porongurup Range is one of the oldest mountain ranges in the world and the soil of the vineyard is composed of weathered granite with a mixture of loam and gravely soils.
