Reef ciders were first produced in 1997, under the initial guidance of Master Swiss cider maker Beat Keusch.
Named after the gold reef discovered on the farm in 1897/98, Reef became the first boutique cider factory in Western Australia (Geographe area) since the now defunt, historical Donnybrook Cider Co. 50 years earlier.
