A Perth International Arts Festival event.
Children of all ages can get hands-on with readings, games, workshops and activities that bring the imaginative world of books to life. Authors and illustrators entertain and enlighten in an outdoor carnival atmosphere that has everything from face painting, balloon-twisting and circus skills demonstrations, not to mention A Capella group Coco's Lunch and their dynamic children's show.
With so much to do, your day will be jam-packed with excitement!
Featuring: Gruen Transfer panellist Jane Caro and her new book for young adults Just a Girl; bestselling American David Levithan (Nick and Nora's Infinite Playlist); master illustrator Leigh Hobbs (Old Tom); author Carole Wilkinson (Dragonkeeper series); author Sally Murphy (Pearl versus the World); and many, many more.
