Carilley Estate - located in Herne Hill, in the Swan Valley wine region of Greater Perth in Western Australia - has 22 acres of which 10 acres are under vine. There are over 250 olive trees, (the hand-picked fruit of which are crushed annually for olive oil).
Both white and red grape varietals are grown on the property and are carefully hand-picked allowing the resultant wine to be at its most flavoursome. White grapes include Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Viognier. Red grapes varietals include Shiraz , Malbec, Merlot, and Grenache.
